Danville Community College is committed to providing quality comprehensive higher education and workforce programs and services to promote student success and to enhance business and community development. Danville Community College is a two-year institution of higher education under the state-wideVirginia Community College System.  DCC’s service area includes the City of Danville, Pittsylvania County, and Halifax County.  The college, its employees, and students are governed by the policies established by the State Board for Community Colleges and with the support and advice of the Danville Community College Board.
